Manhattan's Fifth Avenue Apple store gets giant iPhone ad
As if the "hand holding an iPod" image wasn't ubiquitous already, Apple created the first of several large-scale promotions on Tuesday by unveiling a 32-foot glass cube displaying the iPhone and the tag line "Introducing iPhone. Apple reinvents the phone."
However, it sounds as if it was short-lived, with Apple Insider saying that the billboard from the south side of the cube was removed yesterday.
As if Apple needed any help, they're certainly creating more iPhone buzz and, thanks to the Internet, we can all experience them.
Apple were characteristically secretive about any future marketing plans.
