Moto's CEO on the iPhone: "a Mac-patched phone in your pocket"
According to MyiPhone.com, Motorola's CEO Ed Zander has been criticising the iPhone. The trouble is, his insults actually sound quite good:
"The iPhone is the Apple UI, a Mac-patched phone in your pocket."
And that's insulting because...?
He did seem to concede, however, that the iPhone would probably be 'a great phone'.
You know, I really think the CEOs of some of Apple's rivals should start coming up with better iPhone jibes. It's no fun at all reporting on wishy-washy insults like Zander's. I think the closest we've come so far is the knitting reference from Telstra - and that was just weird.
Come on, bring it on! We're itching for an Apple fanboy fight.
