One million US consumers wait for the iPhone
AT&T has received nearly one million requests for the iPhone since it was announced in January, according to the company's Chief Operating Officer, Randall Stephenson.
"One million people have asked us to call when this phone is available," he said.
Hardly surprising. At least potential customers are contacting the right people, rather than chancing their arm on eBay and getting ripped off.
