Final month iPhone rumours aplenty: bigger memory, 802.11n Wi-Fi, replaceable battery
In the last few weeks before the iPhone launches, the rumours continue to surface.
This time, it's all about "hidden features" that Steve Jobs apparently didn't reveal back in January.
According to Ars Technica, the iPhone's storage capacity will be greater than 8GB, and it will sport the latest 802.11n Wi-Fi technology found in the latest iMacs and Airport hardware.
It would also have a user-replaceable battery, accessible by sliding out the lower speaker area.
VIM3, on the other hand, is convinced that Apple's iWork and iLife software suites will be available on the phone, plus the possibility of streaming music and buying music directly from iTunes.
Interesting thoughts. A switchable battery would certainly still some of the concerns over battery life. I'd be very surprised to see most, if any, of the other features in the first generation iPhone, though they may well show up in future versions.
