Google CEO expects more collaboration with Apple
CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt, has been showing off his iPhone to those in attendance at an event in Paris, and saying that it's a great device for getting Google's wares onto.
"iPhone is a powerful new device and is going to be particularly good for the apps that Google is building. You should expect other announcements from the two companies over time," he said.
Though others may not think it's the best development solution, Google seems pleased that Apple has implemented Web 2.0 and AJAX technologies, as it could make it easier to get their applications onto the iPhone.
