iGiki to release iPhone games
iGiki.com has announced that it will be producing Flash-based games for the iPhone, specially modified for use without a mouse.
The games will come in three varieties: "GikiMinis" which are free, "GikiSingles" which cost $1 for three months, and "GikiPacks" costing $2 for three months.
GikiSingle games will include "iTrek", "Hangman", "Outer Wars", and "zBlast", while GikiPacks will be remakes of classic arcade games, including "iTetri".
From the look of their temporary web page, it will be based on a subscription service, with games playable via the Safari web browser.
Apart from the interface issues, and ensuring the iPhone's processor is powerful enough, I can't see why existing Flash games couldn't be played via the iPhone. How about some kind of Bluetooth hardware add-on that can be used for easier gameplay where the touchscreen is a hindrance?
