Has T-Mobile slipped up with a pre-release iPhone web page?

The latest tidbit to surface on which carriers will get the iPhone in Europe appears to be a slip-up by T-Mobile in Germany.

According to FOCUS, the web page http://www.t-mobile.de/iphone had been live, albeit as some kind of test page. When questioned, T-Mobile, unsurprisingly, declined to comment, and the web page has since been removed.

It could be an elaborate fake (web pages aren't difficult to spoof, just ask a phisher) or it could add certainty to the rumour that T-Mobile has clinched an iPhone deal in Germany.

Then again, Amazon UK has an iPhone page and I can't imagine Apple ever selling via that route, so take everything so far with a pinch of salt.
