Reports from the iPhone Developers Camp
The Tech Chronicles has reported back from the iPhone Development Camp, with positive news of both fun and useful applications honed for the iPhone.
Nearly 400 developers, testers and iPhone enthusiasts showed up for the gathering at Adobe's San Francisco offices, the largest known meeting of iPhone owners — so far, anyway. When we dropped in Friday night, the attendees were already busy at their laptops, talking about the iPhone and mobile programs in between grabbing donated pizza and Red Bulls.
By Sunday, Joe Hewitt, with the help of some volunteers at the camp, created the game Tilt for the iPhone. You know how the picture flips over when you turn the iPhone onto its side? The game takes advantage of that feature for the game.
