Survey shows iPhone owners have no regrets
A recent survey from Interpret suggests that, of the 200 iPhone owners they questioned, 90% were "extremely" or "very" satisfied with their phone.
85% said they were "extremely" or "very" likely to recommend the iPhone to others.
When asked about what improvements could be made on the iPhone, responses included having a longer battery life, faster Internet speed, and more internal memory. The lack of a physical keyboard was a minimal concern, perhaps showing that it doesn't take long to get used to the touchscreen keyboard after all.
30% of iPhone buyers were first-time Apple customers, and 40% didn't already own an iPod.
The survey also showed how many people were willing to switch providers to get the iPhone. Half said they'd moved from another carrier, paying an average of $167 to break contracts.
The survey was carried out between 6th-10th July.
