Zamzar.com offers free YouTube conversion for iPhone
Though YouTube vidoes will be available for iPhone streaming soon enough, it's likely that a number of their videos won't be ready for some time, so Zamzar.com has developed a service for converting YouTube (or indeed, many other formats of) video to the iPhone's own format.
Zamzar will take the web address of a YouTube video, convert it on their servers, and then email a link so that the file can be downloaded. This takes around five minutes, depending on server load.
Files up to 100MB in size can be converted, and the link stays active for 24 hours.
Now I guess there's no technical excuse for not putting silly YouTube videos on your iPhone.
