AT&T partner with eMusic, offer wireless music downloads except on iPhone
Hardly surprisingly, AT&T's new deal with eMusic to provide wireless music downloads for its mobile phone customers won't work directly with the iPhone.
Though Samsung and Nokia handsets will be compatible, the iPhone doesn't allow for over-the-air downloading of songs into iTunes, which is pretty much the only way you're going to be able to listen to songs on it.
However, I'm not convinced that it's impossible to use eMusic's services - just not via AT&T while on the move. Every iPhone user must surely already have a PC or Mac, so simply sign up for the desktop version, download your songs, import them into iTunes, and then sync them with the iPhone. I can't see any reason why this shouldn't work.
