<p>Unlike <a href="http://www.iphonic.tv/2007/08/forget_battery_problems_iphone.html">recent dead spots on the iPhone screen</a>, his iPhone decided to take a phantom tour of all the applications, free from the interference of human fingers.</p>
<p>A two-and-a-half hour drive to his nearest Apple Store, and a swift meeting at the Genius Bar, got him a new iPhone. Still rather bizarre behaviour, though, and potentially worrying if it points to a flaw with the underlying screen technology.</p>
