More international iPhone hacking ahoy!
Several more international iPhone lovers have claimed they've unlocked the iPhone for use on one of their native mobile networks.
First up, a New Zealand software developer, John Ballinger, says that it took him six hours of "hard, sometimes painful work" to get the phone apart and to accept a Vodafone SIM card.
He says that he's had to do without YouTube, GPS (erm, there is no GPS anyway), and email, but other than that he can use the phone to make calls and send text messages.
Meanwhile, a team of Lithuanian hackers have launched a website offering iPhone unlocks, and describing ways to make the iPhone work outside of the States.
The site claims that two phones have already been unlocked in Lithuania.
