Telefónica said to be negotiating Spanish iPhone deal
The President of Spain's Telefónica, César Alierta, has said that his company is in talks with Apple about a possible deal to bring the iPhone to Spain, by the middle of 2008.
Initially, it's believed that Apple will launch the iPhone in the UK, France, and Germany, but they're sure to expand into other European countries afterwards.
Weight may be added to Telefónica's case in Spain if O2 UK get the iPhone deal.
