Rumour: SDK developers will need OS X Leopard 10.5
More rumours of today's SDK announcement, with the possibility that anyone wishing to develop for the iPhone will need to be running the latest version of the Leopard operating system.
Apparently, members of the Apple Developer Connection will be able to get an enhanced version of XCode, enabling iPhone application development.
Some may be disappointed at this supposedly limiting decision, though it should be remembered that there are plenty of Microsoft development tools that only run in a Windows environment, even though their output can be used cross-platform.
